PVC boards must be qualified products that meet the requirements of environmental protection, and product performance test reports, factory quality certificates and product orders must be issued in time. PVC suppliers must provide plastic welding rods and triangular or round plastic welding rods. Their thickness, color and performance must be the same as the plate, and product quality certificates and construction instructions must be submitted.
PVC sheet is usually installed on cement mortar or cement basis. To ensure the quality of plastic floor installation, the gap between the plate surface and the base layer will be reduced as much as possible. Mud, dust, soil and sand residues on the bottom will be cleaned and wiped with a damp cloth.

Once the sump components are in place and welded, they can be placed from the bottom of the floor to the top of the pool wall. PVC is installed in a full roll and placed horizontally on the longitudinal side of the pool. First, press one end of the PVC to the top of the pool wall with an 80mm 80mm PVC board and an extension screw, and then set down at the bottom of the pool. It shall be placed on the surface of the pool wall at one end in a permanent straight line and the returning edge shall be parallel to the exterior wall of the upper surface. The concrete PVC thrust plate should be balanced with a rubber roller. After expansion, the other end of the PVC is pressed with 80 mm 80 mm PVC and an expansion screw.
If the second row of PVC is divided lengthwise, an overlap of 50 mm is taken with the first row. If the bond is layered, the second layer of PVC remains intact. After joining the first row, it is compacted and balanced with a rubber band. One person steps in front of another person and follows another person. A balance must be made when welding. At the same time, it must be checked from time to time that there are no cracks in the joint and the level of the joint must be checked.
