Difference between PVC plate and plastic steel:
1、 The two are different in nature.
1. Vinyl chloride monomer of PVC plate polymerizes under the action of initiator, such as peroxide and azo compound, or under the mechanism of free radical polymerization, under the action of light and heat.
2. plastic steel: it is an amorphous thermoplastic resin polymerized from vinyl chloride monomer, which is composed of certain additives (such as stabilizer, lubricant, filler, etc.).
2、 The two applications are different.
1. application of PVC board: rigid PVC has good tensile, bending, compression and impact resistance, and can be used as structural material alone.
The flexibility, elongation at break and cold resistance of soft PVC will be improved, but the brittleness, hardness and tensile strength will be reduced.
2. plastic steel plate: usually 40-100mm in diameter, with smooth inner wall, small resistance, no scaling, non-toxic, no pollution, corrosion resistance and other characteristics. The service temperature of plastic steel plate does not exceed 40 ℃, so it is a kind of cold water pipe. It has good anti-aging performance, flame retardant, and can be flexibly connected and installed with rubber rings.
