1. first measure the length of PVC plate to be installed, and cut the length of aluminum alloy according to the size. According to the size of the wall panel, calculate the integer block required by the wall panel, and use the wall panel to splice the excess space.
2. nail the fixing holes on the intercepted aluminum alloy, punch holes on the wall according to the spacing of holes on p aluminum alloy, and fix the skirting hook on the wall with expansion screws or steel nails.
3. to install the top corner line, generally, apply special glue on both sides, then stick it on the top corner, pull it apart for a few minutes, and then stick it tightly. In areas with high humidity, when two skirting lines are combined, appropriate expansion joints shall be reserved, especially in the corners where furniture is placed.
4. install the PVC board, insert the panel into the skirting line from left to right, and the starting block is grooved from corner to corner. Install expansion screws or steel screws, 1.5cm away from the top of the wallboard, and pay attention that the screws shall not expose the surface of the wallboard. Apply special glue to the waistline slot and insert it into the concave and convex surface after a few minutes. The corners must be 45 ° diagonal.
5. install the rubber anti-collision strip on the bayonet of the aluminum alloy, insert the left and right sealing strips at both ends of the wall panel, cut off the length of the PVC plate, and cover the panel on the aluminum alloy to complete the installation.
6. after installation, the two edges of the corners need to be coated with special glue, glued to the top corner, then pulled apart for a period of time, and then glued tightly. This will increase the firmness of the panel and extend its service life.
