Dec 09, 2024

The installation steps for PVC wall panels are as follows:

Preparation work: Firstly, prepare the necessary tools and materials, including PVC wall panels, saws, rulers, glue, screwdrivers, screws, etc. Ensure that all tools are complete for smooth installation.

Wall treatment: Before installing PVC wall panels, clean the wall to ensure that it is flat, dry, free of dust and oil stains. You can use cleaning agents and cloths to clean the wall, and then use a ruler and level to check if the wall is flat.

Measurement and cutting: Based on the size of the wall, use a ruler and pencil to mark the size that needs to be cut on the wall panel. Use a saw to cut the wall panel into the appropriate size according to the marked dimensions.

Apply glue: Apply glue evenly on the back of the wall panel to ensure that the glue covers the entire back of the wall panel. Be careful not to apply too much glue to avoid affecting the installation effect.

Install wall panels: Stick the glued wall panels onto the wall and install them according to the pre marked positions. Use a screwdriver to secure the wall panel to the wall, ensuring that it is firm and stable.

Splicing wall panels: Connect the next wall panel to the already installed one, ensuring that the gap between the wall panels is as small as possible. Use a screwdriver to fix the wall panel at the joint to the wall, ensuring that the overall flatness of the wall panel.

Cleaning and repairing: After installing all wall panels, use a cloth to clean the glue and dust on the surface of the wall panels. If necessary, trimming tools can be used to trim the edges of the wall panels to make them smoother and more aesthetically pleasing.

Attention:

When bending, the thickness of the wall should be taken into account, and the bending line should be drawn first before taking the material.

If the top and bottom of the wall are different, the PVC wood plastic wall panel can be adjusted downwards, with the fewest places as the bending point, using wooden strips as the fulcrum, and wait until the top and bottom are consistent before installing the wall panel. If the wall has unevenness, a level can be used to find parallelism before installation.

Apply specialized glue to the corners and stick it all the way to the top corner. Remember to pull it apart for a while before sticking it tightly, so that the wall panel will be more secure and its service period will be extended.
