Usually they will have installation promblem from their clients. A frequently mentioned issue here is joing effect. When two panel connect, the top and botton size tight, but middle area have gap. 1.Check whether the sheet has been bent and deformed before installation.
Sometimes, the wall board maybe bent during the transportation. So, the distributors should keep the wall panel flat store during the transportation, in order to avoiding panel bent.
2. Check Is there any gap after assembly on a flat ground?
Usually end customer can't know the real problem cause the installation failed, they will think it's the problem come from the panel itself. When the two panels joining no gap on a flat ground, there is not quality issue on panels.
3. Check if the wall is flat?
Make sure your wall is flat then the wall board will be easy to stick onto the wall without any problem.
4. After cuting work, There is a possibility of deformation at both ends of the sheet due to the traction force of the cut, normally we use more push on the second sheet to make the joint compact, then the situation of end area tight, middle area has gap will not happen.
5.When we have a continuous 3~4 piece assembly, the reserved width of the last piece is slightly larger than the actual width of the wall. This is to allow the last piece of panel after installation to have a thrust and make the connection of the panels tighter.
6. When we are installing, before the glue sets, make sure that the wallboard has external force to keep it stable.
