PVC boards shall be placed at the construction site for more than 24 hours. The temperature of the plastic plate can keep consistent with the indoor temperature, so as to reduce the material deformation caused by temperature difference. Use a professional edge trimmer to cut the rough edges at both ends of the plate under heavy pressure. The width of cutting on both sides shall not be less than 1 cm. When PVC plastic plates are laid, overlapping cutting shall be adopted at all material interfaces. Generally, the width of overlap shall not be less than 3cm. Special glue and glue scraper shall be used according to different plates. When laying PVC board, roll up one end of the board first, clean the back and front of the board, and then scrape the special glue on the floor. The glue must be scraped evenly and not too thick. The effect of different binders is completely different. The special glue shall be selected according to the product manual
The grooving of PVC plate after laying shall be carried out after 24 hours. Use a special slotter to slot at the joint of the plate. In order to weld firmly, the depth of slotting shall be 2/3 of the plate thickness. Before welding, the dust and debris in the groove shall be removed.
The PVC board shall be cleaned after completion or before use. But after 48 hours after the plate is laid. After the plate construction is completed, it shall be cleaned or vacuumed in time. It is recommended to use neutral detergent to clean all dirt. If the surface of PVC board is dirty, it is recommended to use the floor washer with red grinding disc to clean the board.
