The cleaning agents for PVC board include: water-based degreaser, cleaning and maintenance wax, strong black offset remover, strong degumming agent, etc.
1. Daily maintenance: clean the PVC board with 90% dry mop, and locally clean the seriously polluted ones;
2. Monthly maintenance: local foundation damaged plate surface is waxed. In particular, homogeneous PVC boards are generally waxed once a month for maintenance;
3. Pollution treatment: the contaminated ink, food, greasy, etc. on the PVC board shall be wiped off, and then the traces shall be wiped with diluted detergent. When the residual black shoe prints are difficult to be removed, the veil can be used to wipe with loose perfume. The loose perfume shall not be poured on the PVC board for cleaning, and wax shall be added for maintenance after wiping;
4. Precautions: do not use a cleaning ball or a knife to clean the PVC board. For the dirt that cannot be cleaned by conventional methods, consult relevant personnel. Do not use acetone, toluene, and other chemicals indiscriminately;
5. Chemical protection: avoid a large amount of water staying on the surface of PVC board for a long time. Soaking the floor with water for a long time may penetrate under the PVC board to make the PVC board glue melt and lose its adhesion, may also make the protective wax water on the surface of PVC board layered to cause PVC board pollution, and may also cause sewage to penetrate into the PVC board to cause PVC board discoloration;
6. Sunlight protection: avoid direct exposure to strong light, and do a good job of exposing the PVC board to ultraviolet radiation to prevent the PVC board from discoloration and fading.
