1. snap lines by grid: carefully snap lines according to room size and plastic specification. The size and shape of the underframe shall be determined according to the design pattern, room size and the specific size of the plastic plate. When dividing the mesh, the number of PVC plate welds should be reduced as much as possible and the symmetry of the mesh should be taken into account. If there are not enough bricks around the room against the wall, it can be treated by edging. Snap the line frame from the inside to the outside of the room to ensure the symmetry of the frame. 2. blanking and pre paving: it must be pre paved after blanking of PVC plate for adjustment. Blanking shall be carried out according to the actual size of the room floor compartment. When blanking, lay the soft PVC floor flat on the ground or on the operating platform, draw a cutting line on the board surface and cut it with a V-shaped seam cutter. The edge of the slab shall be cut into a flat landslide mouth, and the angle between the slope and mouth formed by the two slabs is about 55 °. The day before the soft PVC board is officially pasted, it shall be pre paved according to the frame. When paving, pay attention to the consistency of color and thickness as much as possible. The pre laid plates shall not be moved or pasted for two days.
3. paste the adhesive onto the pre paved PVC board, pour 2/3 of the special adhesive onto the bonding surface of the base course and soft plastic board, and then scrape it vertically and horizontally with a board brush or a toothed closing board (not suitable for a brush). After 3-4 minutes, the remaining 1/3 glue will be applied to the base and the bonding surface in the same way.
4. butt joint welding: butt joint is an important means to ensure the flatness and integrity of the ground, so it must be full and smooth.
5. waxing treatment before handing over, wax the PVC board surface to increase the brightness of the floor. After welding, the PVC flexible board can be waxed to improve its smoothness, decoration and effect.
