Process flow of construction process
Base course cleaning → line snapping → hanging bar installation → main keel installation → side keel installation → weak current and integrated wiring laying → concealed inspection → installation of secondary keel and PVC plate surface → finished product protection → itemized acceptance
① Snap line: snap the ceiling line according to the ceiling design elevation as the standard line for installation.
② Installation of hanging bar: determine the position of the hanging bar according to the requirements of the construction drawings, install the embedded parts (angle iron) of the hanging bar, and brush anti rust paint. The diameter of the hanging bar is Φ 8. The spacing between lifting points is 900-1200mm. During installation, the upper end is welded with the embedded parts, and the lower end is connected with the lifting parts after threading. The exposed length of the installed suspender end shall not be less than 3mm.
③ Installation of main keel: uc38 keel is generally used, and the spacing of main keel of ceiling is 900 ~ 1000mm. When installing the main keel, connect the main keel hanger to the main keel, tighten the screws, arch the ceiling by 1/200 as required, and check the flatness of the keel at any time. The main keel in the room shall be arranged along the long direction of the lamps, and attention shall be paid to avoiding the position of the lamps; The main keels in the corridor are arranged along the short direction of the corridor.
